10 Days Until Moving Day

10 more days until the movers arrive.  It's still crazy for me to think that I'm leaving San Antonio after only 7.5 years here.

I've become accustomed to SA-life with the traffic, places to go, events, etc.  Moving back to the RGV and especially to the ranch is definitely going to be a different sort of adventure.  

Plans for this weekend-get as much stuff in to boxes as possible to load up Isaac's truck.  He'll be making is way down home for a week to get the ranch house ready for us and our pets.  I'll be completing my last week of work and finishing up packing.

On to the next adventure...

 

How Did We End Up Here?

 Hi Yall!

My husband Isaac and I lived in San Antonio, TX for 7.5 years.  I was working at the #1 luxury retail company in the nation, surrounded by glitz, glamour, art, and fashion.  

June 2021 I was offered an amazing opportunity in the Rio Grande Valley (our hometown) which meant that we had 4 weeks to pack up and find a new home for us and our 6 animals (yes, 6 animals).

Instead of rushing in to buying a house, we decided to temporarily live at Isaac's ranch house in San Isidro, TX.  Out where there are no traffic lights, no super stores, no city life.
